I am standing in a different spot at the top of a trail into the forest at the end of my walk.
And I couldn’t leave without doing a blessing from the trees. I have spent the last two hours surrounded and blessed by the trees. And the sun came out!

We are here to bless you, strengthen you, heal you, guide you and fill you with wonder.
We the trees are blessing you.
We are here, ancient and wise, rooted,. tall, deep, standing, reminding.
Remember.
Remember you are deep and standing and tall and wise and wide and connected.
You are blessed with some of what we are and you are so much more.
Remember how much more you are.
Remember all that you have to give and create and make possible.
Let your souls be revealed, cleared, shining, sharing, reminding, rejuvenating, renewing and always growing.
Let yourselves remember and feel and shine and share.
You are more than you have been told.
Let yourselves know and receive and feel and trust this ‘more’ that is who you are and who you have always been.
You are here to bring light and healing.
