I am approaching my special spot for receiving a blessing from the trees. It’s my first forest walk in the new year. It is Sunday morning. And there is a little sunshine breaking through!
I am in my spot. There’s been a lot of rain and I can hear the water in the creek louder than usual. There is still mist hiding between the trunks of the trees and a faint pale sunlight shining through as well.
A Blessing from the Trees
Find the stillness in your being.
Find the present moment and be still with in it.
In the stillness begin to feel an expansion of the being that is who you are.
Become more expanded into what is possible.
Breathe yourself bigger than the old story you have lived within.
Feel a sense of deep truth and trust at the core of your being.
Trust knowing the more that is who you really are.
Feel a sense of knowing that the calling in your soul is the essence of who you are and has always been true and right
Take a moment and notice where are you.
Where is your attention?
Where are your thoughts?
Where is your center?
From where are you emanating?
Upon what are you basing your decisions?
What is being asked of you now that is new?
What part of you is stronger than you ever knew?
In what part of your being are you ready to say yes to a deep truth has always been at your core essence?
When you reflect upon what brings you joy what is it that you see?
Shine your light, trust the calling of your soul and know that what comes to you from the expanded intuitive higher realms is deep and true and wise.
Perhaps now is your time to finally lead with your light, share your wisdom and leave a legacy that creates fulfillment for you and makes a difference for others.
What is your gift?
What is your calling?
What is your story?
Remember that you are deeply loved and valuable and the wisdom you have gained in getting up through your life over and over has deep truth and can be healing and nourishing for others.
What you have to say matters.
Trust yourself, your soul and the path that is opening before you.
You have our blessing.
Remember to be the tree that you are and the expanded forest is also your beingness.
