We have heard you speaking your wisdom on your way to the spot where you speak with us.
We think you should send that wisdom as well as this wisdom because you were speaking of breathing yourself bigger and the beauty of the forest to hold you humans expanded.
This is a beautiful message and we will add wisdom to the wisdom you have already spoken.
The wisdom we wish to add today for you is gentleness.
Be kind and gentle.
Tap into softness.
Today in the forest there is no wind.
There is stillness, clouds, presence, peace.
There are moments of wild wind and storming rains and lightning and thunder.
But not so in this moment.
In this moment there is stillness within the forest.
Yet all is growing and all seasons have growth and wisdom.
Take in this moment because each moment has something to offer.
You are out, standing here in this moment of quiet peaceful stillness.
Breathe into your being, to your essence and allow yourself to enter your own moment of quiet, peaceful stillness.
Let this be your expanded moment.
Breathe yourself bigger.
Breathe your peacefulness bigger.
Breathe the presence of your soul into its full, expanded quality of being.
Trust gently, quietly, peacefully in the moment that all is well.
You are the tree with roots and you are growing and you are the seed bursting out of the shell and you are the sprout just beginning and you are the leaves that are falling.
You are the trunk that is tall and the tree that is bending.
You are all this and more and you are also the forest.
Remember that you are the forest as well as the tree.
This expanded consciousness will allow you to tell yourself a whole new story of beauty and wisdom and possibilities.
What magic, what wonder, what joy is opening for you gentle ones of the human people.
