I’m in my favorite spot after a time away for having a cold, for celebrating Passover and now I am back. I love the feeling of being back to something soul nourishing and empowering that I can always return to and remember. I have been thinking about remembering of late. (More on that in another post soon!)
A Blessing from the Trees
We stand in the place of eternal witness.
Breathe in a deeper knowing than the one you are currently standing in.
Stand deeper, taller, longer, more whole.
Reach higher, beyond what you thought was possible.
Dig deeper than where you thought you could.
You are so much more than you have been shown until now.
In this moment, that is an eternal moment.
See the expanded nature of your soul calling you.
Feel yourself wrapped in a light that reveals the true light of your essence.
Feel that it shines and illuminates your way.
It is your way.
Open the way.
Feel the essence of your soul calling you, speaking to, you emanating from within you.
Illuminating all that you see.
Breathe in this light that is your essence.
When you breathe out feel that you are a vessel of illumination lighting up the world.
Healing and transforming your heart, your soul and your world.
You are a blessing.
You are loved and beautiful, whole and cherished.
Breathe this in.
Stand deep and still in the truth of your being.
