Devorah in colored vestIt has been so inspiring for me to be doing these Storyselling Monday Trainings! There are over 150 people signed up for them. This tells me that you know how powerful and valuable it is when you learn to make your stories sell in your businesses. And you are right, it is!
I just listened to my coach Shanda Sumpter give a class on making an irresistible offer. It blew me away because the main point was you have to know how to be a good storyteller. She said you will never make it on pure content. The story is what sells. The content is what tells.I will go into this in more detail on this Monday’s FREE training call. If you are not signed up here is the link: http://spilmanstoryselling.com/monday-free-training-calls/

I thought, wow! Her training is an advertisement for what I do! She is a business coach with a multi-million dollar business. And if she says we have to tell our stories then we should listen! But she wasn’t always a million dollar business owner. She tells her story of how she got to where she is and of the clients she has helped. And now I am doing the same thing, and so can you.

I know that a key to succeeding in business is storytelling, or as I call it,  Storyselling. The difference is in how you use your story. In business storytelling you have to pause in the story to make it relevant and relatable to your audience.
You have to ask them if they have ever had this same experience. For example, I can ask you if you have ever felt you had a great talent and didn’t really know how to tell stories about it or bring it out into the world or make it into a business.
This week the subject of the Storyselling Monday training call is Everyday Stories. I will also go into how to use stories to make an offer and make them relevant to your audience. I will share what I have learned about how to use your story in your business. And of course I will help you find those stories and make them shine.
Here’s to your storyselling success!
